To ensure consistent high quality of products, a quality assurance system has been introduced. Starting from the on-line inspection, testing of the electrical and mechanical characteristic and the final inspection before delivery.

The quality assurance is conducted according to the international standards such as IEC, ANSI, VDE, BS, JEC, JIS, and also the Indonesian standards (SPLN and SNI).

The most reliable quality is assured by adhering to the strict quality system standard of ISO 9001:2000; ISO 14001:1996; OHSAS 18001:1999, IQ NET and with the proof of KEMA management system certificate, and SPM by Government Electrical Indonesia.
